Registration and Confirmation
As a User you agree to register for the Service using accurate and current information about yourself including your correct name and email address
As part of the registration process for the Service, you will receive a verification email, the purpose of which is to take reasonable steps to ensure that the email address you have nominated during registration is controlled by you.
Passwords & User Security
As a User you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account and the password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify thesitetoremember.com of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Payment
All text message credits purchased on www.thesitetoremember.com are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
If you are asked for, and provide, details of a credit, debit or charge card, you must ensure that (a) you are fully entitled to use that card, and (b) it has available funds sufficient to cover the charges which are deducted from it.
Payment will be taken by HSBC Bank, a principal member of the HSBC Group. During the payment process you will be taken from www.thesitetoremember.com to a secure site operated by HSBC where HSBC will undertake the card transaction on our behalf.
Additional offerings or services.
The Company To Remember Limited or its affiliates may offer new or additional services through the Service from time to time. Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, or rules of use, which you must comply with. Any failure by you to comply with a material provision of the terms or rules governing such additional services will amount to a breach of this Agreement and enable us to terminate this Agreement with you.
Modification of the Service
The Company To Remember Limited reserves the right to withdraw or modify aspects of the Service, or the entirety of it, where we have legal or commercial reasons to do so.
There may also be times when the Service becomes inaccessible as a result of technical difficulties. We will, however, use reasonable endeavors to overcome these difficulties where they are within our control.
Refunds
If a User feels necessary to request a refund these will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Initial contact with thesitetoremember.com should be made via the contact form. An administration fee of £2.00 will be applied to any refunds processed.
Misuse of the Service

Also, given the open-access nature of the Service, we cannot prevent determined people whose Membership has been suspended or terminated from re-accessing or re-registering as Members, in breach of their obligations under this Agreement.
Relevance
The Service is intended to be used by its Users for the purposes of helping Users remember important dates. Users must not place material on, or otherwise use, thesitetoremember.com for any business or commercial purpose. Users must not use the Service, or information gathered from it, for the sending of unsolicited bulk email or unsolicited bulk SMS messages.
Termination of Membership
Should you decide to cancel your account, you may do so by emailing us. Any unused credits or funds in your account shall be forfeit upon cancellation. You agree that thesitetoremember.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Site, and remove and discard any content within the Site, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if thesitetoremember.com believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the terms & conditions. thesitetoremember.com may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Site, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site under any provision of this Terms of Use agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that thesitetoremember.com may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Site. International Use
